The group training "Psychoeducation for Autism" takes place in a group setting with other adults who have an ASD diagnosis. During this training, several themes will be discussed that you may encounter in daily life, such as work, education, relationships, and leisure time. Each session provides space for participants to share their own experiences, after which possible solutions are explored. The therapists will offer explanations about autism, helping to identify which tools and strategies you may find helpful.

Please note: In Assen and Leeuwarden, psycho-education for autism is only available on an individual basis.

Who is it for?

The group is suitable for adults aged 18 to 70 (both men and women) who have an ASD diagnosis.

Duration of the treatment

The group training "Psychoeducation for Autism" consists of an intake session followed by seven weekly group sessions, each lasting two hours.
