Waitinglist information

The waiting list for treatment is the number of weeks between the intake and the start of treatment. These waiting list are calculated based on the preceding two months. What if the waiting time is too long?

If you feel the waiting time is unreasonably long, you can always contact your healthcare insurance provider and ask for waiting list mediation. Your healthcare insurer can support you in this, which means you might get help sooner. The maximum acceptable waiting time, that has been agreed upon by healthcare providers and insurance agencies (In dutch: de Treeknorm), for access to intake and diagnostics is 4 weeks, and 7 weeks for treatment.
